Robert started Innovative Health Insurance Advisors because he had no interest in the shark-like dealings of most of the brokerages he had relationships with.

It may seem obvious but, building strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect is a better long term business strategy, and better long term life strategy, than slash and burn. 25+ years later, he can honestly say that building Innovative HIA has been a great source of pride. He couldn’t be happier to be able to run his business with the integrity and honesty that sits well with my soul at night.
